This charming guest lodging is ideal for a single person or two .. or a couple and child.
Just moments away from shopping, dining, museums, live entertainment ... and even a quaint movie theater hearkening back to yesteryear ... this cozy lodging is tucked away in the shade of tall oaks in a quiet residential area which ensures a welcome entry into tranquility!
The guest house is the lower portion of a duplex with one queen bedroom and shower bath, living ~ dining ~ kitchen area with tasteful minimalist decor. Newly renovated and updated with central heat/air and Wi-Fi, all fixtures and furnishings are new and ready to be enjoyed!
The living area has a comfortable sofa and easy chair for reading and relaxing or catching a movie on the SMART TV. No satellite service here but access to Netflix and Amazon is available as well as live-streaming from any device. The sofa makes into a bed for additional sleeping when needed.
The kitchen, while petite, will not hinder preparation of a great meal with full size electric range, refrigerator, dishware, cookware and utensils at the ready!
Guests are provided with coffees, teas and their service.
The dining table is all set to situate in front of the fireplace for a romantic meal that has been lovingly prepared!
After adventuring and exploring all that Mason has to offer, snuggle into the luxurious queen bed at the end of day for a great sleep. With room darkening drapery, guests can count on a late awakening!
And if birdsong is heard, it is to gently lull one back into sweet dreams ....
