POST HILL HOUSE & CASITAS
This unique guesthouse lodging is comprised of the historic Main House along with three individual cottages in an oasis-like compound situated atop Post Hill, overlooking the town of Mason. This lodging may be rented individually or (seasonally) in entirety!
The lodgings surround the 20' x 40' over-sized saltwater swimming pool. Perimeter walls of rock & stucco provide privacy and enclosure while allowing for great hilltop breezes and views of the nighttime sky! Multiple patio seating areas are to be found around the pool and yard.
Additional features of a waterfall and 'Moon Gate' located along handmade rock walkways create interest and ambiance in keeping with the feel of Old Mexico in the unique architecture and decor.

The Main House is 1 bed with 2 baths, full kitchen, dining, living room, central heat/air. Wraparound porch boasts splendid vistas
of the town of Mason and surrounding hillsides.
The Main House is only available seasonally, please inquire!
Rates are $175 + tx pr night, $25 increase for single nights, as available

Casita 1 is 2 bed/1 bath, motel-style, tiled floor with central heat/air. Bed sizes include queen and full.
Rates are $100+ tx pr night for 1-2 persons, $15 + tx pr additional
Single night stays increase rate by $25
Accommodates 4
Casita 2 is 2 bed/1 bath, tiled floor, with sitting room & mini-kitchen with window units. Bed sizes include full and pair of twins. Futon couch is available for additional sleeping.

Casita 3 is studio setting, 1 king bed and 1 bath with mini-kitchen, polished concrete floor with central heat/air. Also has the television (only one) with satellite and DVD player.

The Casitas are all two night minimum on holidays and some weekends, call to inquire. Single nights may be available at increased rate as shown.
Individually, the four lodgings are great for parties of 1-4 persons. Combined, they are great for family gatherings, for workshops or for friends reunions! The common areas are ideal to gather for meals and fellowship, with Casitas offering individual sanctuary.
As a guesthouse, breakfast is not included but the means to prepare the provided coffees and teas are available in each unit.
Guests to be advised that pool and pond are not perimeter fenced!
